查询出的结果,不输入type、layerNames则返回所有图层的风格

根据图层名称集合获取图层对应的矢量风格：

风格类型		目前只支持cartoCSS
图层集合		所要查询的图层集合，如: [China_provincename_A_txt@China,"China_SecHydside_pl@China#1"] ,带#号的图层名须加上双引号。

此外还可以根据图层名来获取单个图层的矢量风格:

风格类型		目前只支持cartoCSS
图层		所要查询的图层，如: China_provincename_A_txt@China 或 China_SecHydside_pl@China#1 ,图层名不加双引号。
