Description:
The linear referencing resource. These resources are the entrances of the linear referencing analysis resources, which provides functions for creating route datasets in linear referencing, calibrating route datasets, creating event tables, creating spatial data according to the event table, overlaying the event tables, and dissolving event tables.

The steps to dynamic segmentation are as follows:

1. Prepare the route dataset and the event table.
2. Create the dynamic segmentation result according to the route dataset and event table, namely a spatial dataset.
3. Display the spatial dataset on client.

Currently, it supports to create spatial data (generateSpatialData) according to the point or line events.
